A starting point for a better question.

Broadway’s recent sample has a lower mean. The numbers give the team a period and a location to investigate. They do not tell us what caused the difference.

Read the scope and limitations

This example compares partial archived reviews, not every review or the overall rating on Google. Ratings are 1–5; posting windows are 15 July–13 August and 14 August–12 September 2026, UTC. Only records observed before 13 September, 00:00 UTC are included. The comparison is retrospective as of that cutoff.

Three of the five matched locations have at least 20 reviews in both periods. The latest eligible postings for those three are 7–8 September. Collection and reviewer selection can affect the results; the minimum-count rule is descriptive, not a statistical significance test.

We checked location names, US country assignments and street addresses. This example establishes no operational cause, sales impact, competitor comparison or complete coverage of a restaurant group. The PDF contains the method and location sources. This is independent analysis, not a commissioned client report or an endorsement by IHOP or its operator.

Let’s check the fit

What would you
like to understand?

Start with your locations and a question. We’ll confirm what the data can support before discussing a paid report.

A written reply is enough. No sales call required.

One-off work with an agreed fee and delivery date.
No subscription or automatic renewal.

A few practical details

Before you ask.

Do you cover every restaurant?

No. The archive focuses on selected chains, and coverage varies by location and period. Send the exact addresses first. We will confirm what can be compared and identify gaps before quoting.

How much does a report cost?

We quote a fixed one-off fee after checking your requested locations, period and scope. The fee, deliverables and delivery date are agreed in writing before payment. The example on this page is free to inspect.

Will the report explain why ratings changed?

A rating comparison alone cannot establish the cause of a change. It gives your team evidence and questions to check against internal feedback. Any additional topic analysis needs a separately agreed, feasible scope.

Can we get regular updates?

Start with one report. Further work depends on useful coverage and your needs, with terms agreed separately. This page does not offer a recurring monitoring subscription.

Are you affiliated with the restaurants in the example?

No. The Tucson example is independent analysis of archived public reviews. It is not a customer endorsement or a commissioned report. Brand names identify the locations being compared.
